• Full inspection and testing of all hardware, software, and intrusion points
• Verification that all signals are reaching the central monitoring station
• Software updates and security patches
• Credential inventory check to meet yearly access needs
• Battery life check and replacement quotes if needed
• Troubleshooting and repair quotes for any identified issues

Non-critical system issues are serviced within 14 days of notification.

BOLD Low Voltage offers thorough annual inspection and maintenance to ensure your CCTV system is clear, secure, and fully functional. Services include:

• Inspection and cleaning of accessible cameras (up to 10')
• Visual check of inaccessible cameras via footage review
• Camera angle adjustments for optimal coverage
• Troubleshooting and repair quotes for any identified issues
• Video recording functionality testing
• Firmware and system updates
• Recommendations for vegetation trimming or removal
• Review of pre-wired locations and camera placement for potential upgrades

Non-critical system issues are serviced within 14 days of notification.

BOLD Low Voltage provides expert testing and documentation to ensure your Emergency Responder Radio Communication System (ERRCS) and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) meet code requirements and deliver reliable coverage. Services include:

• Code-compliant testing and reporting
• Full-building spectrum analysis, conducted floor by floor
• Detailed PDF report with signal readings and written explanation of results
• Recommendations for any required system corrections

Ensure first responders stay connected when it matters most—with annual ERRCS/DAS testing.

BOLD Low Voltage provides comprehensive annual inspections to ensure your building’s life safety systems remain fully operational and compliant. Services include:

• Fire extinguisher and cabinet inspections
  • Years 1–4: Visual inspections and updated tags
  • Year 5: Full extinguisher replacement (72x 5LB ABC units, included in contract pricing)
• Water-based fire system testing
  • Flow tests on wet and dry systems
  • Voltage metering to confirm solenoid valve function
  • Standpipe and fire pump testing
  • Internal pipe exams every 3 years (quoted separately)

Any necessary repairs will be quoted separately.

BOLD will schedule the below services with building management at or around the 6 month mark of this service contract

• Owner Training on any/all systems covered under this service contract
• Building Systems Check In
• Meet with property management to ensure systems are functioning correctly, and answer any questions or concerns property management has.
• Confirm property emergency contact list is up to date and accurate for monitored systems
• Confirm as builts for all Vendor managed systems are accurate and that a physical copy is on site.
