BOLD Low Voltage is a low voltage electrical contractor specializing in new construction multifamily residential construction projects. BOLD Low Voltage installs Fire Alarm, Access control, IP Video / CCTV and Telecom Systems.
BOLD Low Voltage also completes Fire Alarm Test and Inspect, and Fire Alarm Service and Monitoring as well as completing Fire Alarm building annuals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years in Electrical or Low Voltage with 2+ years of project management experience is required, we prefer that experience be in the low voltage construction industry.
Knowledge in one or more of the following: Access Control, IP Video/CCTV or Fire Alarm installation.
Ability to construct either structured cabling, security, fire alarm, or other low voltage systems.
Basic understanding of construction costs, accounting, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principals and techniques
Microsoft Word and Excel
Can perform basic capabilities within Bluebeam Software
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and able to lead others.
Must promote the company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentations.
Must possess a demonstrated high level of skill in interpreting blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reports, and quality requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities while acting as BOLD representative on project teams.
Coordination of field labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project budgets and costs related to identify and address any deviations or discrepancies.
Main point of contact for the customer, ensure that project is completed to their satisfaction, working to resolve issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive records for all assigned projects to track and document both project and team progress and outcomes.
Develop schedules for projects to reflect accurate labor, material, equipment and subcontract time requirements and project constraints.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality adherence to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with building inspectors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Involved with training, managing, supervising, promoting, disciplining, and, when necessary, terminating employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage and mentor a team of low voltage technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Complete recommendations for employee’s performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes.
Provide guidance and mentoring to meet all customer and company goals and objectives.
Create and implement process improvements as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Duties include the use of a ladder.
May be asked to perform tasks that require long periods of standing, sitting, bending, twisting or reaching above the shoulders.
May include driving to and from multiple sites in a day.
Repeated use of power tools.
Ability to climb and descend stairs repeatedly throughout the workday.
Candidate will need to frequently lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs.

8-hour shift (standard)
10-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

COMPENSATION:
Full Time Employment.
$80,000 to $105,000 depending on experience
